We are excited to have you join us for our annual church camp, a time for spiritual refreshing. Please note that this is a church camp and primarily a spiritual retreat so much time is spent focusing on this area of our lives. Devotion and service times are top priority. Time is also set aside for games, fun, rest, campfire etc.

Tremendous effort goes into planning the menu, kitchen team and the assignment of rooms. Please cooperate with Sister Moreen, Raymond, Mary, Niki and Judy, the camp coordinators.

Kindly remember that the success of our camp greatly depends upon everyone working together and adhering to the following:

  1. Campers must be punctual for all programs.
  2. Campers must participate in all camp activities.
  3. Cabins must be kept tidy.
  4. Campers must participate in morning devotions.
  5. Campers must not leave the camp site without permission.
  6. No one is allowed to wander off on his or her own.
  7. Children under 12 years must be properly supervised at all times.
  8. Campers must be decently clothed at all times.
  9. Campers must respect and show consideration for one another.
  10. All rooms must be cleaned and ready for inspection on Sunday at 2.30 p.m.

Water Safety

The ease of accessibility to the lake does come with a level of risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Parents are responsible for the full supervision of their children at the lake [swimming, kayaking, fishing etc.] We must always be safe, use common-sense and use whatever safety mechanisms are available e.g. life-jackets.

All hands In

Please note that at this church camp, we are not paying for cooks, maids etc. since this will significantly increase the cost. As such, we expect everyone to assist in the kitchen when assigned by the camp coordinator. It is unfair to require only a few persons to do all the work. We expect everyone to cooperate in a Christian spirit.
